Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing an innovative on-device system that enables AI agents to learn, remember, and personalize interactions. You will contribute to building a system that processes user interactions and environmental context, transforming them into adaptable knowledge that allows the AI agent to provide intelligent and relevant assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system architecture for intelligent memory, learning, and personalization in on-device AI agents.
• Research and implement algorithms for learning from user experiences and environmental cues, transforming them into actionable insights and knowledge.
• Develop technologies to enhance AI agent understanding and reasoning capabilities through effective knowledge representation and management.
• Create techniques for contextual information utilization, enabling adaptive and personalized user interactions.
• Develop and optimize models leveraging state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies suitable for on-device deployment.
• Enhance agent interaction capabilities by integrating and advancing diverse AI technologies, including but not limited to natural language understanding and generation.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Mandatory experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Mandatory experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly in information extraction, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Research and development experience in memory networks, knowledge representation, and reasoning systems.
• Experience with on-device AI and lightweight model development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software development experience in mobile or embedded environments.
• Experience with advanced machine learning techniques such as Reinforcement Learning or Active Learning.
• A strong publication record in major relevant conferences/journals or a portfolio of impactful patents.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
