  • Development and Implementation of Global Governance: Establish a unified framework for measuring logistics performance, process quality, and KPIs across all our global operations, ensuring true harmony and consistency.
  • Guidance and Mentoring: Guide and support a team of continuous improvement leads across various regions and functions, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive Performance Management: Champion the adoption of our performance management program throughout all regions and operations, ensuring alignment and commitment to our goals.
  • Regular Updates: Communicate performance updates regularly to teams, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Accountability for Service Levels: Collaborate with regional teams to maintain and enhance service levels, taking shared responsibility for outcomes.
  • Opportunities for Optimization: Work with teams and suppliers to uncover opportunities for value creation and operational optimization, driving continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Based on your experience, we offer a competitive base salary ranging from €90’000 to €120’00 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month). Additional benefits include:

YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics performance management: managing and monitoring logistics KPIs for warehousing, transportation (road, sea, and air freight), and value-added services.
  • Knowledge of SAP, transportation management tool from visibility control towers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to steer improvement programs and projects within the company and externally with partners and suppliers.
  • Experience in conducting monthly performance reviews and executing improvement plans.
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
