Whether you’re firing up fresh, seasonal plates or leading your mise-en-place like a pro, you're the heartbeat of the back-of-house experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sous and Head Chefs to keep things running smoothly, delivering top-notch dishes that not only taste great but look the part too.
You’ll be a natural at guiding junior kitchen crew and fostering a respectful, supportive team vibe. Fast-paced services won’t rattle you.
