Salary Range: $76.00 - $106.40
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Infrastructure and Security teams which include network, systems and security. Identifies, researches and resolves problems. Trains new staff members in policies and procedures. Ensures high availability of all networks and systems with a goal of 0% downtime. Performs special projects as assigned. In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.
Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or an associates degree in computer science with 5 years minimum of relevant work experience.
Experience:
Requires at least 5 years of experience supporting personal computer hardware, software, servers, databases, information security and networks. Preferred to have at least 2 years supervisory experience in a Service Desk or technical arena.
