Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $25 to $26 per hour

Shift: 2PM - 12:30AM, Monday-Thursday, Overtime on Fridays

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our Production Team, ensuring the production of quality products in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, replenishing necessary materials, and confirming the quality of our products throughout the production process. If you are attentive to detail, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are a quick learner with technical aptitude, this role could be an excellent match for you.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials
• Set up machinery
• Visually inspect production runs
• Determine and report malfunctions, safety hazards, and product defects
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, particularly in food production
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Capability to stand for 10-12 hours per day
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
• Machine operation experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
