Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all mechanical and electrical, as well as building maintenance in the plant. The role involves working with a variety of machinery including industrial shredders, grinders, separation equipment, heavy molding equipment, laminating, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80% mechanical preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform 20% electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Handle physically demanding tasks as required.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Understand and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfortable working in both dirty and clean environments.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
• PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience in safety protocols and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical repair.

Shift

The position is for the 3rd shift, from Sunday to Thursday, 10:45 pm to 7 am, with occasional mandatory or optional Friday shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $79040.00/yr.
