We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team to lead the development and execution of our Trusted Payment Product Strategy. This role will own the product lifecycle—from ideation through delivery, go-to-market, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in financial crime, payments, or fraud prevention technologies and a proven track record in end-to-end product management and above all have a passion for product management and enabling safer payments gloabally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cross-border payment fraud solutions within the LSEG Risk Intelligence portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, regulatory drivers, and technology opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, compliance, and customer success teams to develop, launch, and iterate on scalable, data-driven fraud prevention solutions.
  • Ensure product compliance with global regulatory standards and alignment with LSEG’s risk management frameworks.
  • Create and maintain detailed product requirements and user stories, balancing technical feasibility with customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts, including pricing strategy, positioning, enablement, and feedback loops with commercial teams.
  • Track and report on product KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent LSEG Risk Intelligence as a subject matter expert at client meetings, industry events, and internal stakeholder briefings.

Skills & Capabilities

Product Management Expertise

  • 8+ years in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or fraud prevention.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos.
  • Proven success in managing data-rich, API-driven, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise solutions in a regulated environment is strongly preferred.

Domain Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of cross-border payments, fraud detection, and/or financial crime compliance.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, risk scoring models, and real-time decisioning systems is a plus.

Strategic Thinking & Execution

  • Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and experience creating business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and financial models.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, able to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at all levels.

Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • Prior experience in a global financial institution, regtech, or large-scale data provider.
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging standards, or other cross-border payment systems.
