Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Lead and support your team to achieve quality goals
  • Monitor performance indicators and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate closely with production, clients, and suppliers
  • Manage customer quality concerns and drive corrective actions
  • Contribute to new product validations and process improvement

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing quality management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC)
  • Fluent in English; French
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to excellenc
