As our IT Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader, shaping how technology optimizes every aspect of the Filoli experience. You'll define and integrate solutions across the entire visitor journey, from seamless ticketing and retail operations to enhancing guest experiences and leveraging data analytics. Beyond our visitors, you'll empower our staff by optimizing workplace platforms, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and maintaining a reliable IT infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll drive our technology strategy, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our guest-centric approach. This is a full-time, flexibly scheduled position, working on the site of a beautiful historic house. Depending on candidate experience, the salary range is $88,000 to $106,000. This position also is eligible for employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, Flex Plan, 401(k) (eligible 1st of the month following the date of hire), vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay. This position requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings and/or weekends for donation and public events.
We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on leader with exceptional project management skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a knack for making nimble decisions in complex situations. If you have a proven track record in managing intricate operations and a strong technical aptitude for various systems, we want to hear from you!
Bonus Points for: 3-5 years of experience in a service or visitor-oriented position and relevant industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
