Your role
As S&OP Operations Analyst (m/f/d) you ensure the alignment of sales, operations, and supply chain activities by developing and maintaining tools, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. The role is central to integrating and optimizing demand planning, capacity utilization, inventory management, and other key metrics, enabling the organization to achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.
- Data Consolidation and Accuracy: You gather, validate, and standardize data from multiple sources to create a single version of truth for operational and S&OP metrics.
- Strategic Decision Support: You provide insights through KPI dashboards and performance scorecards, empowering leaders to make informed decisions that balance supply and demand effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: You automate reporting processes to reduce manual tasks, improve the timeliness of insights, and allow teams to focus on analysis and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You act as a bridge between sales, operations, and supply chain teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment of goals across regions and business units.
About you
- Problem-Solving: You adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Time Management: You have the strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels in English and idealy another major language such as German.
- Collaboration: You demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: You are flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Detail-Oriented: You are precise and meticulous approach to managing budgets and project details.
- Experiences: You are experienced in managing and improving Dashboards, and have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial and international matrix organization.
- Tools and Software: You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies as well as advanced proficient with Excel as well as capacity planning techniques.
