Currently in its pre-opening phase, the hotel is set to open soon. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.

We are looking for a Service Manager-Recreation

As a Service Manager-Recreation, we rely on you to

  1. Take full charge of the daily operation and management of the hotel's Recreation Department, including the operation and service of areas such as fitness centers, swimming pools, and SPA.
  2. Formulate and implement annual work plans and budgets for the Recreation Department to ensure the achievement of departmental business objectives.
  3. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of recreational facilities and equipment to ensure all equipment operates in good condition.
  4. Be responsible for developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the Recreation Department, and continuously enhance service quality.
  5. Regularly analyze operational data and propose improvement plans to increase departmental revenue and customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for the Recreation Department.
  7. Handle customer complaints and unexpected incidents to maintain the hotel's brand image.
  8. Maintain good collaboration with other hotel departments to jointly achieve overall operational goals.

We are looking for someone who :

  1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in hotel management, tourism management, or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of management experience in the recreation department of a high-star hotel, familiar with recreation operation processes.
  3. Possess excellent team management skills, capable of effectively motivating employees and improving team performance.
  4. Familiar with the operation and maintenance knowledge of recreational facilities such as fitness equipment and spa equipment.
  5. Have good service awareness and customer communication skills, and be able to properly handle various unexpected incidents.
  6. Strong data analysis skills and cost control awareness.
  7. Good physical health, able to adapt to flexible working hours.
  8. Those with relevant professional certificates (such as lifeguard certificates, fitness coach certificates, etc.) are preferred.
