Job Title: Project Manager Data & AI
What you will be
responsible for:
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Project
Manager to join our Fast Enablement Team, which drives the
implementation of high-impact data & AI use cases across multiple
business units. This role offers the opportunity to work on cuttingedge
solutions built on our central data platform.
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in translating strategy
into execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and
business stakeholders to drive the end-to-end development of AIenabled
products and MVPs.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of
initiatives from MVP to scale-up across diverse
business domains.
o Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
o Identify and prioritize high-value features and quickwins
o Act as a bridge between the Strategy, Product, and
Engineering teams.
o Drive alignment between central data platform
capabilities and business use case needs.
o Interface with business stakeholders to gather
requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate
change adoption.
o Work with internal teams (e.g., LLM Toolbox, Smart
Assistant product leads) to ensure technical feasibility
and prioritization.
o Enable cross-organizational collaboration by fostering
synergies through centralized tooling and reusable
components.
o Coordinate resource and budget planning with key
stakeholders.
o Support initiatives that enhance data acquisition,
quality and availability to ensure scalable AI
applications.
o Track progress and KPIs across active projects and
report regularly to leadership.
o Develop clear and actionable documentation for both
technical and non-technical audiences.
What we are
looking for:
o Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering, Information
Technology, Physics, or equivalent relative
experience.
o A foundational understanding of IoT, manufacturing
and digital solution domains.
o Project management experience, preferably in AI/ML,
data platforms, or digital product environments.
o Proven experience delivering cross-functional tech
projects, ideally involving emerging technologies like
LLMs or GenAI, preferably in an industrial context.
o Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum
preferred).
o Excellent communication and stakeholder
management.
o High level of organizational and problem-solving
capabilities.
o Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, particularly GenAI
and LLMs, is a plus.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
o Execution-oriented with a proactive attitude.
o Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced
environments.
o Passionate about enabling innovation and scaling
data-driven products.
o A readiness to quickly tackle the steep learning curve
attached to our existing Edge and IoT technology
stack.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
