The base pay scale for this position is $83,000.00 - $126,875.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
JOB DESCRIPTION
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5 years of experience in Healthcare setting. Extensive knowledge of orthopedics, spine, and biologic implants. Five years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, two of which specialize in the Orthopedics product spend category.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: The Strategic Sourcing Manager must be detail oriented, be comfortable working in a collaborative setting including senior executives, be selfmotivated requiring minimal supervision, be proactive, be a creative strategic and independent thinker, have superior problemsolving skills, have an ability to work on multiple projects, have a positive cando attitude, and demonstrate calmness and composure in times of uncertainty and stress. LEADERSHIP SKILLS: The Strategic Sourcing Manager must demonstrate an ability to inspire and lead a crossfunctional group in a unified direction with a common vision. The role will also demonstrate an ability to influence the decisionmaking process using data and analytics. COMPUTER PROGRAM/SOFTWARE SKILLS:ERP platforms and OR Inventory Management Systems. MS Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat .
