Job Description

We are seeking well-spoken, resourceful, and goal-driven Customer Service Agents to represent a wide array of well-established companies based in the USA from various industries by handling calls, emails, or chats. After successfully completing the application form and assessments, recruiters will inform you about the project/campaign you qualify for and provide additional details.

Requirements:

  • Dominican Cedula.
  • Awesome English.
  • 6 months of experience performing Customer Service within call center settings.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Fast-paced & flexible.
  • Reside in Santo Domingo.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify customers' identities.
  • Record activities regularly and accurately in appropriate systems.
  • Cover requests originated via phone calls, emails or chat.
  • Handle requests to completion.
  • Tasks are not limited to the aforementioned.
