We are looking for a results-driven Junior Production Control Analyst to support core operational activities through reporting and internal process coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update recurring and ad-hoc operational reports
• Perform day-to-day maintenance on internal tools
• Support and assist with issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to document production processes
• Apply established solutions to recurring technical and operational issues
• Escalate system errors
• Maintain and improve documentation for production control processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 70% English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with C# or Visual Basic is a plus
• Power BI is a plus
• Exposure to .NET environments is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to internal systems and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
