Direct Hire Printing Machine Operators
1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts
Client company in West metro has the following direct hire opportunities available:
Bindery Operators: $20-28/hr
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM):
- Cutter Operator: Experience with cutting equipment
- Stitcher Operator: Proficiency in stitching machinery.
- 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM):
- Folder Operator: Expertise in folding equipment.
- Ehret Operator: Background in Ehret or print operations; strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Press Operators:
- Inkjet Press Operator – Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): $22-28
- Experience operating web presses.
- Familiarity with KodakVersamark Inkjet systems.
- Preferred: Background with Heidelberg and Goss Web Presses.
- W+D Envelope Converting Operators: $24-32
- Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Experience with flexographic presses and W+D envelope machines.
- Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM): Same as above; multiple positions available.
Web Press Operators – 2nd Pressman: $20-35
- Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Prior experience assisting in web press operations; ability to support press setup and monitor print quality; willingness to learn and grow within the press team.
- Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM): Multiple positions available; same requirements as above.
Master Sheetfed Operator – Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $30-34
- Expertise in operating Heidelberg sheetfed presses.
- Capable of complete job setup and color management.
- Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality output.
