Express is searching for a Warehouse Hose Technician in the Canonsburg, PA area! This is a great opportunity to begin a career with a family owned and operated company that dates back to 1983! This company has delivered on quality products for the oil and gas industry that includes hose, belts, and other specialty items.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing complete hose assembly, including measuring, cutting, and crimping hoses using proper tools
- Preparing orders by coiling hoses and packaging for customer delivery
- Documenting work by completing quality control forms
- Assist in the receiving shipments, organizing stock, and replenishing inventory
- Track product through an ERP system
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse experience
- Hose assembly experience is preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Proficiency in using MS office suite
- Steel toed boots
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a a physically demanding warehouse environment
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet daily order demands.
Pay and Schedule:
- Pay is $18/hr
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm.
