Job Description:
Cambria is seeking a dynamic and strategic District Manager to drive the growth of our residential and commercial sales in Hawaii. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with business partners, and implementing strategies to expand Cambria's presence. The ideal candidate will excel in market analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales objectives.

Sell Cambria by growing and developing our market presence in the assigned Territory
Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationships
Sell Cambria by being a source of information and industry knowledge delivering critical information to and from the field regions

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7 Years of Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving market expansion, securing new business opportunities, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
Systems: Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software, Concur and Salesforce experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Travel Requirements: 80% local travel by car and air to customers. Remaining 20% is to trade shows, associations and trips to Minnesota for training. Must have the ability to work extended hours, including evenings and overnights, and to travel over weekends. Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of quartz samples to and from appointments and events. Must be able to drive for a long period of time.
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $102,000 - $137,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position will be provided with a company vehicle, based on fleet availability, or mileage reimbursement in lieu.
