FLS is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on our Order Execution team based in Monterrey.
Your responsibilities
- Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands.
- Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well access to several portals and revise inventory levels.
- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.
- Generate quotes(proposals) for our customers.
What you bring*
- Previous experience with quoting and order entry in the mining, cement, or another heavy industry
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- English fluency
- Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and margins.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is a plus), and Inventory work flows preferable to have some knowledge.
- Logistics knowledge is a plus.
