Summary
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer’s onsite implementation experience. You will be involved in all stages of our implementation process and will influence the dealer’s system utilization and their satisfaction with our tools and services.
The Associate National Trainer - Field is responsible to install CDK Solutions effectively and efficiently to our customers working as a key member of the installation team and to train all customers’ users virtually and/or on-site. These associates will meet with assigned dealership personnel either virtually or in person at dealer locations across the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean to provide end-user consulting and training for our Accounting, Parts, Service, and Sales Solutions.
Work independently or as part of a team; consultants initiate, coordinate, and facilitate training plans while matching customer needs with purchased products. Consultants resolve issues and/or escalate; accordingly, employing CDK Global implementation processes and procedures.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, love to travel, have a passion for training, a keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. Must work well independently and need minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $72,000 CAD
