ROW Project Manager I: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful initiation, daily oversight, and delivery of projects. Project managers are typically responsible for leading the project lifecycle from initiation through completion. Performs complex project management work related to state and federally funded right of way projects including: negotiating with landowners, relocating displacees, reviewing appraisals, assisting in the relocation of utilities, coordinating the eminent domain process, and management of acquired right of way. Work involves coordinating the planning and initiation of projects; monitoring the progress and schedule of projects; and communicating with project stakeholders, management, private entities, governmental agencies, and other relevant parties. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent in any discipline. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 1 year administrative support or real. estate experience (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent).Related college education or relevant technical training may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
ROW Project Manager I -
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis. Substitutions for Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of right of way or related experience, to include 1 year project management or related experience. (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent).
Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.
