Under the direct supervision of the Business Services Officer I, Supervisor, the Property Controller I is responsible for school wide property control, overesee a minium of 3,500 prooperty items, the operation and management of a complete property control system. These duties include the implementation, as well as updating and maintaining accurate records for the acquisition, maintenance, control and disposition of property.

Able to work in a variety of climates. LIft up to 100 lbs as needed. Operate dolly, hand trucks forklifts, pallet jacks and delivery carts to load and unload, move and transfer assets.
