What You'll Do as a Full Stack Software Engineer

• Build out scalable and integrated end-to-end services using PHP/WordPress/NodeJS/NextJS.
• Develop UX designs, accessible and SEO front-end applications using design systems like TailwindCSS and frameworks like React and NextJS.
• Provision and maintain applications in a cloud environment with infrastructure as code tooling like Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Develop DevOps workflows and pipelines.
• Maintain and improve WordPress codebase.
• Demonstrate consistent performance when working in a medium to large piece of frontend components and templates.
• Scope and implement technology solutions independently and with minimal guidance using SCRUM practices and StoryPoints
• Leverage existing AI tools and APIs to develop software.
• Figure out how to best scale, secure, maintain, and extend the application.
• Integrate internal and external APIs performantly.
• Drive formal and informal code and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with the product management team and other developers to deliver a quality product that meets business needs

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with full-stack experience and development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrated "can-do" attitude with a willingness to tackle and solve complex problems.
• Ideal team players: hungry, humble, and smart! We value those who are curious and strive to be great people to work with.
• Proficient in React and React Native, with understanding of Python
• Solid experience in API development and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Previous experience with PHP and WordPress
• A keen interest in OpenAI, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• The ability to prioritize, strategize, execute, and deliver.
• Experience with relational and non-structured databases.
