The Veterinary Client Service Representative position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to clients. As a Customer Service Representative, your smile and enthusiastic greeting are what sets the tone for the client's visit. You will be on the ‘front line’ of our customer care team assisting clients with telephone inquiries, making appointments and assisting with business office tasks.
A CSR must remain professional and courteous to clients and co-workers while handling multiple tasks at once with many interruptions. The position is part crowd control, part efficiency expert, and part records manager. CSRs answer the phones, differentiate between routine and emergency cases, schedule appointments, greet clients, admit and check out the day's appointments, process payments and manage financial information.
This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation and holidays. Must be be able to lift objects weighing 40lbs.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate of $18 - $19 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
