Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead and supervise the maintenance team

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Maintain and improve older machinery

Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules

Ensure equipment runs efficiently with minimal downtime

Enforce safety standards and compliance

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Track maintenance metrics and report performance

Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory

Train and develop maintenance staff

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

Leadership and team management experience

Knowledge of safety and EHS procedures

Experience with Lean or Six Sigma preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Technical degree or certification preferred

Education:

High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

5+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing

Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Experience maintaining and repairing older machines
