Provides expertise in best practice operations in partnership with leadership and the Business Office. This position is focused on internal process improvement through workflows and monitoring for a quality revenue cycle. Possesses a thorough understanding of the entire professional revenue cycle, including pre-service, coding, compliance, provider education, business office functions and the physician practices, working to improve the overall revenue cycle processes and efficiencies. This position takes a proactive approach, communicating any identified issues to physician departments in a fast-paced environment, requiring professionalism, critical thinking, multitasking, analysis, effective problem solving skills, communication and relationship skills.

Pay transparency: St. Joseph’s Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.

Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Healthcare, Professional Revenue Cycle, Project Management, IT or Analytics Advanced experience with: Cerner Millennium, Cerner Power chart. Cerner Discern Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Communication Skills Preferred: Training Experience in Cerner Minimum education - High School Diploma Preferred education - 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study. CRCR preferred.
