What you’ll do

The Vice President of Network and Security Services is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes networks, security, and enterprise systems, including but not limited to observability. The VP ensures that infrastructure services are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of legacy systems.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including, networking, security and tooling services.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Technology Operations:

  • Implement best practices in IT service management (ITSM), DevOps, and automation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Security and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the CISO to ensure infrastructure security and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage risk through proactive monitoring and incident response planning.

Vendor and Budget Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement of infrastructure services and tools.
  • Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and edge computing.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
