Job Title: Program Manager - Interconnections

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $103,929.20-$129,924.

Objective:

Ensure regulatory compliance for RRES/NRES programs while serving as the primary contact for interconnection applications.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Clean Renewable Energy Program (50% Effort):

• Track and manage timelines for regulatory filings and deliverables.
• Collaborate with DER teams to compile and verify regulatory data.
• Address inquiries and audits with timely and accurate reporting.

Interconnection Application Oversight (50% Effort):

• Serve as the main point of contact for interconnection applications.
• Review and validate applications for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Stakeholder Communication and Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze workflows and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years in regulatory compliance or DER interconnections.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
