Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for skilled automotive professionals that have experience working in a Ford parts department to join our team.
Utilizing your back parts counter experience, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the Service Price Guide (SPG) estimating system through extensive parts and labor research. The research is conducted by reviewing the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guides, Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) system, MOTOR Labor Guides, and other sources as necessary for each brand (with an emphasis on Ford). The Parts Counter Representative will also provide in-depth customer support for Reynolds internal teams as well as dealership employees across the country, as you will be the expert in parts and labor.
