What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries in a professional, timely manner
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments using CRM and dealership systems
• Follow up with customers regarding recent visits, service reminders, or missed opportunities
• Support marketing campaigns, outbound call efforts, and online lead management
• Provide accurate information and route calls appropriately to other departments
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure follow-through on all communications

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive customer service role (preferred)
• Clear and professional phone presence
• Strong computer skills; experience with CDK, Xtime, or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license preferred
