Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a passionate and driven Retail Supervisor, Visual Merchandising for our store at Cross County Center in Yonkers, NY!

As a Retail Supervisor you will collaborate closely with your Store Leader to build a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience to our first IRL locations! As the Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will work to uphold the values and culture of our organization as you establish the merchandising and product management processes in your location. You are passionate about developing talent and creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one of a kind customer experience. As a leader in our first stores, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer.

Responsibilities:

• Upkeep an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos resulting in strong leaders, an engaged store team and a successful bench for careers at Savage x Fenty.
• Partner with Store Leader to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly financial results by establishing strategic plans in partnership with the Store Leader to achieve successful business outcomes.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance.
• Approach business opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset as you partner with the Store Leader and appropriate cross functional teams.
• Partner with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and execute your store’s visual merchandising guides and directives to ensure product presentation aligns with the overall brand experience.
• Set the store merchandising and product management strategy to deliver a best-in-class omni shopping experience to our VIP members and guests centered around inclusivity, innovation, and accessibility.
• Coach and develop the store team on visual merchandising standards to uphold integrity of brand and marketing messages.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership team to consistently provide store team with product knowledge resources, tools and training.
• Ensure systems are in place to appropriately manage all day-to-day procedures related to inventory controls.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years in retail leadership role. Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate vision and purpose clearly.
• An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills and an acute attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology as component of daily responsibilities.
• Dynamic leader with a proven track record of culture building and talent development.
• You identify, nurture, and develop talent in a fast moving and everchanging retail environment.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Flexibility with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

This position starts at $24.20 - $26.00. The offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
