WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Managing the IT budget, preparing financial reports, and presenting budget proposals to upper management.
• Communicating IT needs and solutions to business stakeholders, collaborating with other departments, and building and maintaining relationships with external vendors.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, preventing recurrence with long-term plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Evaluating new technologies, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring the company stays updated with the latest technological trends.
• Awareness of IT general controls and ensuring adherence to the same
• 10+ years of relevant work experience. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience with developing business cases and managing IT budgets
• Leading and managing IT transformation programs for sales, marketing, and service organizations
• Proficient with implementing/managing projects with one or multiple leading CX & Service platforms - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, IFS Cloud, or Oracle CX Cloud
• Led the globally distributed teams for the successful execution of the IT projects
• Experienced in building relationships and delivering IT programs in collaboration with business teams
• Proficient with technology trends and enablers for the sales, marketing, and service organizations
• Prior experience in the IT leadership role for companies in the manufacturing industry is preferred
