IF YOU ARE
- A Test Automation Engineer with over 2 years of experience in automation and software quality
- Proficient in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Go, or Python
- Skilled in using automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, and capable of API testing
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and quality assurance best practices
- Experienced with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, refactoring, and agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and multiple locations
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work closely with developers to design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and high-performing test automation solutions
- Ensure test coverage across UI, API, and performance testing
- Optimize the reliability, security, and scalability of the product
- Review code, participate in software design discussions, and collaborate in an agile environment
- Measure and improve test automation metrics, including code and function coverage
- Actively contribute to root cause analysis and continuous process improvements
