Responsibilities

  • (8432) MULTI-TRADE TECHNICIAN III

This position troubleshoots complex systems and must possess a certification in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems. This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment, and repairing and maintaining buildings and floors. Installing, adjusting and replacing mechanical security devices. Repairs pneumatic and hydraulic systems. This position requires knowledge of commercial building operations and building controls.

Compensation

$39.68 to $46.00 per hour. Potential Safety Bonus 2%. The company reserves the right to determine the number of positions awarded for this requisition.
