职位描述

• 负责密封安装拆卸、控制系统调试、开车、测绘等现场服务工作。
• 负责处理现场失效分析和故障处理，包括信息调查，整理报告和解决方案。与客户沟通，提供合理的改善方案。
• 在满足客户需求的前提下，自我管理工作负荷，预计工作的时间。
• 遵循公司的各类工作标准，SOPs等。
• 负责返回服务中心的密封拆解、检测、清洗、维修报告、组装、测试等维修工作，及失效分析工作。
• 配合服务中心负责人完成服务中心日常运营、5S管理，资产及各种工具管理工作等。
• 依据设备维护程序，及时正确地维护设备，并正确填写维护记录表。
• 负责维护机封的维修台账、机封维修流转单。
• 遵守车间5S管理规范，保持车间整洁，场清料净，各类工具用后要及时归位。
• 遵守公司EHS制度，正确穿戴和使用PPE.
• 在其他服务中心的工作量很大时，支持其他服务中心的工作。
• 支持销售团队完成业务目标。
• 公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求

• 本科及以上，机械设计及自动化、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械等专业。
• 3年过程工业设备维护、管理或设计经验。
• 旋转设备知识和经验，包括泵或压缩机。
• 较好的动手操作能力和经验。
• 较好的问题解决能力，逻辑性强。
• 能够阅读英语图纸及资料。
• 有驾驶证，有驾驶经验。
