We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC lathes and related machinery. This role involves precision machining of components, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our production processes.
This role is not currently open to students or those who are looking for temporary roles
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of CNC Experience with a Valid Reference from a past employer

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments during the machining process.
- Utilize Mazatrol programming for efficient machine operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
- Assemble components as necessary, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes through Lean manufacturing principles.
- Keep work area organized and clean, adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for interpreting designs.
- Familiarity with Mazatrol programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of machining processes, including the operation of milling machines.
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
