Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation-to-Hire
Pay Ranges (Based on Experience):
- CNC Machinists: Starting around $23/hr
- Toolmakers / Experienced Machinists: $30–$32/hr
Shifts:
Multiple shift options available – let us match your experience with the best opportunity!
Job Responsibilities (Based on Role & Experience):
For CNC Machinists:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes (up to 4-axis)
- Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tight tolerances (.0001)
- Follow precise machining and inspection procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and timeline goals
For Toolmakers / Experienced Machinists:
- Manufacture tooling from raw tool steel (start-to-finish process)
- Operate a full range of machining equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and Haas CNC machinery
- Perform advanced setups and inspections with precision instruments
- Interpret technical drawings and deliver custom, high-precision components
- Maintain close tolerance levels and uphold customer specifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Prior experience in CNC machining or tool & die work required (level of experience determines pay)
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Proven track record of quality, reliability, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
