Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Position Summary:
The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections and testing of products and materials to ensure they meet internal and customer quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products for conformance to specifications
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Document inspection results and report non-conformities
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain inspection records and ensure proper labeling and handling of materials
- Follow all safety and quality procedures in compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role (industry-specific experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using measurement and testing instruments
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
- Knowledge of ISO or GMP standards (if applicable) is a plus
