The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the processing and preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations for projects in the underground utility market. This role involves collaborating with various departments and external partners to create compelling and compliant proposal documents that effectively communicate the company's capabilities and value propositions. It is critical for success that this person can handle multiple projects at one time, while working within tight deadlines.

What it takes?

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Adobe Suite

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree
• Experience in the Construction Industry
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
