The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- In-charge to control performance of operation in the assigned shift in Sorting Center(s) (i.e: on-time rate, lost rate, backlogs, etc.) via building and optimizing layouts, processes
- In-charge of ensuring that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly and efficiently, from Inbound to Outbound
- Ensures aligned SOPs with other shifts and departments are aligned
- Responsible for making sure that metrics are met
- Develop strategies to achieve goals and provides team encouragement by communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, objectives and deadlines
- Coordinates with various departments
- Reports any issues that arise during the shift to the management
- Coaching and guiding team members
Requirements:
- Strong performance management, communication and time management skills
- Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from 3 years and above, same industry experience is a plus. Experience in warehouse automation is a plus.
- Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent, direct, written and oral feedback
- Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluency in Google Sheets & Slides are a MUST
- Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
