In this role, you will:
- Strategic Planning and Opportunity Identification
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, and Azure solutions.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, and Azure footprint in targeted markets.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns that highlight Microsoft's value proposition.
- Drive the technical sales process for Microsoft solutions in collaboration with Microsoft capability leads, subject matter experts, and account managers.
- Client Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, and Azure offerings.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Create tailored presentations and proposals showcasing how Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions meet specific client needs.
- Solution Implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the seamless deployment and integration of Microsoft tools.
- Provide training and support to clients for effective adoption of Microsoft applications.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem to advise clients on complementary tools and services.
- Partnership Development
- Collaborate with Microsoft representatives to stay informed on product updates, promotions, and resources.
- Work with Microsoft Cloud Platforms leadership in the creation of contracts and agreements that align with business development goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and propel business growth in collaboration with Microsoft Cloud Platforms Practice lead.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships aligned with Centric's growth goals.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and challenges and crafting tailored consulting solutions that deliver exceptional value.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with client personnel at all levels.
- Be involved in all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure, demonstrating strong communication and virtual team leadership skills.
- Supporting Microsoft Cloud Platforms practice lead in the development of long-range strategies and near-term tactical plans aligned with Centric's mission and vision.
- Provide accurate forecasts and insightful feedback to sales management and recruiters.
- Collaborate with service offering leads and team members to present a cohesive and impactful sales message and approach.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 8 years of consultative Microsoft sales experience selling Microsoft 365, Security, and Azure solution-based services with a history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to connect with C-level executives and build trust as a trusted advisor.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Proficient in a CRM system for managing leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
- Possess a passion for building a thriving business with high levels of initiative, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to deliver inspirational presentations in a client-facing environment with an adaptable style.
- Strong leadership skills for fostering a collaborative and team-driven work environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing client relationships, exceeding client expectations, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
