UC Health is hiring a Full Time IT Systems Analyst - Epic Access Patient Experience
The analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. The analyst will work with users to define system functionality, information flow, reports and data requirements, develop specifications and documents operational procedures, tests software, and coordinates software release procedures. This role is responsible for design, optimization and maintenance support of patient scheduling and/or other Access technologies including, but not limited to, Epic Cadence, Decision Trees, Referrals as well as other associated software or platforms necessary to support patient access.

Education: Associate degree in information systems or relevant field required**; Bachelor degree preferred
Years of Experience: 2+ years equivalent analyst experience required
License and Certification: Epic Certification required; Epic Cadence Certification preferred. Person accepting this position, if not already certified in Epic Cadence, will be required to obtain and maintain one or more Epic module certification(s) as required by the position.
