Team Introduction：

We are the developer platform product team behind the PICO OS product. Our mission is to empower developers worldwide to build next-generation spatial computing applications by providing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical resources. We work closely with product, R&D, and support teams to ensure a seamless and productive development experience. If you're passionate about technology, communication, and XR innovation, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain developer documentation, tutorials, and API references for PICO XR SDKs (Kotlin, React, Unity, Unreal).
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure alignment with feature updates and maintain accurate documentation.
• Optimize the structure and user experience of the developer documentation site.
• Collect and analyze developer feedback to improve content quality and satisfaction (NPS).
• Create demo projects and sample code to illustrate SDK usage and core features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, XR, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for developer-facing products.
• Solid understanding of software development workflows and lifecycle. Ability to prototype or build basic demo applications.
• Proficiency in English with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation.
• Hands-on experience with technical documentation tools and workflows, including Markdown, Git, version control systems, and publishing pipelines.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with XR devices, spatial computing concepts, and the broader XR ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: React, Android, iOS, Unity, Unreal Engine, or XR-related development frameworks.
• Experience optimizing developer documentation for usability and engagement metrics such as retention and NPS.
