As a Crane Operator, you will begin with a comprehensive training program, shadowing experienced trainers and engaging in general warehouse clean-up tasks. You will learn color codes for steel, its placement in the warehouse, and crane operation based on previous experience. This role requires physical stamina to walk for 8-10 hour shifts, covering approximately 8 miles daily, both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to the elements is expected, and you will operate both indoor and outdoor cranes while performing housekeeping duties associated with the role.

This role involves working both inside and outside across various warehouse settings, with steel stored in the building and separate yards onsite. Expect extreme temperatures, from hot summers to cold winters, given the steel surroundings. The work environment resembles a construction site, requiring hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and safety vests. The facility primarily has gravel flooring, presenting uneven surfaces similar to construction sites. This is a third shift position.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
