Amazon Hub Brazil is seeking a dedicated and proactive Expansion Analyst to join our Expansion Hub team. Our mission is to scale the Hub program across Brazil by identifying and onboarding retail partners in strategic regions to serve as delivery points within their own communities. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can help propel our operations forward, ensuring efficiency and excellence throughout every stage of the expansion process.

This role is primarily focused on providing daily operational support to the Expansion Hub Brazil team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily stand-ups, managing key meetings, and supporting associate teams by helping them prioritize tasks and stay aligned with business goals.

Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct ZIP code analyses to identify high-potential areas and evaluate expansion opportunities
  • Consolidate and close daily reports and data related to expansion activities
  • Launch and troubleshoot projects in Salesforce on a daily basis
  • Prioritize and allocate registration approvals, managing daily area registration demands
  • Monitor and provide support to the Day One team to ensure successful partner onboarding
  • Offer operational support to the field team across various regions
  • Review and approve emails to initiate new partner registration processes
  • Lead Daily Business Review (DBR) meetings to align on progress and priorities
  • Maintain and update Tobler maps to reflect current expansion status
  • Track and report weekly Amazon Delivery Experience (ADE) performance metrics
  • Update weekly individual scouting performance dashboards
  • Organize and actively participate in daily and weekly team alignment meetings

A day in the life

As an Expansion Analyst, you will begin each day by reviewing key metrics and preparing for the Daily Business Review (DBR) meeting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing potential expansion areas, coordinating with field teams, managing Salesforce projects, and facilitating seamless communication across stakeholders. You will also take part in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our expansion processes, all while upholding Amazon’s high standards of operational excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experiece with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience;
  • Experience with data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel experience;
  • Advanced English Knowledge.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with end-to-end project management
