Your tasks as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):
- Assess sourcing needs with project leader for assigned programs/projects
- Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase (BOM cost, tooling, supplier development cost)
- Initiate and drive on time sourcing activities for components as required to meet Quality Cost Delivery targets for assigned programs/projects
- Prepare, maintain and report a consolidated view of project from the Sourcing & Purchasing perspective
- Order prototypes, tools and samples required for assigned programs/projects
Your profile as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):
- Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Materials/Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
- Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing or similar function / project management role, with track record in negotiation, decision making and working within a matrix team
- Experience in automotive and/or safety critical business is highly desired
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English; additional German would be an asset
- Good written, communication, organizational and detail-orientated skills, as part of a global cross functional matrix team.
