Purpose:

As the Veozah Non-personal Promotion Lead, this role will work closely with the VEOZAH Marketing, Medical, and Integrated Brand Team and be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy for non-personal HCP promotion on VEOZAH and VMS for PCP, OBG and mid-level providers. This colleague is responsible for ensuring and modelling strong cross-functional alignment in the Brands@Center Operating Model and ensuring execution with key partners, especially other members of the brand team, Market Access, CI, Sales, CL&D, Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, and agencies. They will also provide strategic input on key brand building.

Specific responsibilities will evolve based on the lifecycle of the brand and competencies required on specific projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic development of non-personal campaigns/programs to overcome business obstacles, drive market share, and achieve sales targets. Continually seek opportunities to innovate and bring ideas to realization. Measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis and recommend & implement changes accordingly.
  • Serves as the primary marketer responsible for driving our strategic approach to Next Best Engagement (NBE). Works closely with the Omni-channel team, sales operations, and insights/analytics to develop the roadmap for integrating and executing on the NBE vision.
  • Leads the strategic development and execution of content specifically created to driven engagement in non-personal channels (i.e. email copy, banners, professional social media posts, etc.).
  • Contributes to the development and execution of Unbranded initiatives/campaigns that can be utilized in various non-personal marketing channels.
  • Responsible for the overall media budget and strategic execution of the media plan.
  • Contributes to the development of market research stimuli and execution of future messaging and data rollout strategy.
  • Identifies and evaluates new and innovative approaches/technologies to address the needs of an evolving market
  • Contributes to the development of competitive readiness plans to address current and future competitors in the VMS marketplace.
  • Regularly evaluates all analytics and KPIs to determine the overall health of the brand and associated tactics.
  • Ensure that materials and programs are highly effective and compliant by owning projects and gaining approval through the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review process.
  • Manage outside agencies in HCP tactical planning, project estimate development, time management, budgeting, and execution of projects.
  • Will be assigned projects to support the brand that may not fall directly within these responsibilities at times. This will be evaluated on a needs basis as well as for development.
  • Complete work in an ethical and compliant manner.

Qualifications Required:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 8+ years of U.S. biotech, pharma, or health care experience
  • 3+ years of pharma/agency marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of US market dynamics, regulatory influences, compliance constraints, and market access
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to proactively manage competing priorities
  • Strong written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to present and discuss complex issues to higher level management
  • Ability to create, implement and iterate impactful action plans
  • Experience owning projects through the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review process, preferably for a partnered product
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans
  • Expertise in in the Women’s Health/VMS market
  • Advanced degree (i.e. MBA)

Salary Range: $134,300 -$200,000 (NOTE: Final salary could be more or less, based on experience)
