About this opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced SMA Quality Engineer to support quality assurance in ENC operations, covering NPI/TPI and mass production. This role ensures stable production, meets customer requirements, and drives continuous improvement to reduce costs.

What you will do:

• Analyze and resolve quality issues in SMT production.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-600/610, J-STD-001, ISO9000, and ESD/MSD standards.
• Apply quality tools like 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
• Support process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality.

The skills you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in SMT quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiar with IPC, ISO, and ESD/MSD standards.
• Good English communication and computer skills; Minitab is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational mindset.
