Responsibilities
Contribute to the strategy, product roadmap and key performance metrics for the SMS Product. Analyze respondent behavior and conduct data driven results research to identify trends that drive process and future project execution. Be the leader of your product by owning outcomes and driving to decisions that have positive business impact. Define and build out the SMS product experience, partnering with SMS vendors to create and improve new features for improving project success. Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations/ Strong time management skills
Experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in project management for consumer and/or B2B research in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Experience partnering across different functional departments to create positive outcomes. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality.
- Entry level for less complex professional roles not requiring a specific degree
- Aptitude for problem solving, and strong quantitative skills with a data focused approach to decision-making /Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams
Knowledge & Skill
- Has knowledge of technical systems and project management processes.
- Provides investigative, analytic and diagnostic review to address questions about performance and efficiency
- Has good understanding of roles of the relevant / functional groups within business unit
- Experience reviewing concerns toward resolving issues.
