Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Imaging Director, is responsible for the daily activities of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, MRI, General Radiology, office and Ultrasound. Ensures diagnostic quality of procedures and supervises radiology services to enhance the smooth and efficient delivery of medical care to the patient. Responsible for all duties associated with the planning and progressive development and operational efficiencies of assigned area and supports department staffing plan. Responsible for coordinating all duties in to include internal and external relationships with an emphasis on quality, financial stewardship, personnel, service excellence, growth and a positive work environment. Is responsible for development and overseeing staffing, capital and operating budgets, and future planning for assigned areas. Responsible for coordinating and communicating all technical protocols, training, quality and procedures related to assigned areas and is a technical liaison as needed. Individual is also responsible for ACR accreditation, ODH and all regulatory compliance for assigned sections. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of his/her duties. Participates on hospital and department committees and other duties as assigned by the Administrative Director.

7. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements of regulatory agencies.
8. Extensive interaction with hospital management and physician practices.
9. Monitor problem areas, analyze and report trends, make recommendations for improvements in systems and processes, and implement solutions collaboratively across the system.
Education:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Additional requirements:
Type of degree: Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
Area of study or major: Medical Imaging
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current registry by ARRT and/or NMTCB
Ohio Licensure if applicable
CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
Experience:
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job-related experience
Preferred experience: Medical Imaging or Healthcare related field
